We will hold a get-together for all of our guard members at the end of May before we begin any summer practice.  Date and Time TBA

We will hold a parent meeting for all of our guard parents at the end of rehearsal during the week of June 2-6.  Date and Time TBA

We will hold a *pinning ceremony* for all members at the end of May.  Date and Time TBA

*officers will be responsible for planning and preparing for the pinning ceremony

Officer candidates:  Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 31 - Sunday, June 1.  All student leadership will travel together to New Braunfels to spend the night and train for our coming fall season.  More information about departure and arrival times, facilities and necessities will come as the dates draw near.  The band boosters will be paying most of the cost of the event, although you will need to pay the remainder.  Again, we will advise you as the dates draw closer.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 19th.  Student leadership will travel to San Antonio for the DCI Contest.  Other interested members are encouraged to attend.  More information about departures, arrivals, costs, etc...will come during the month of May.

Officers will also meet with directors the week of May 12-16 and May 19-23 to discuss plans for next fall, our summer schedule and roles and responsibilities.  Come with your ideas and thoughts.  Dates and times TBA
