 Announcements

1. Freshmen...you'll need black socks and a black belt to go along with the black Dockers/band shirt
2. Your Dinkle band shoes are here. Over there by Mr. Stein's office. There's a name on each box. Guess what. The box with your name has your shoes in it. The ones you ordered on Everything Day. So if you remember your name this should be a relatively easy obstacle to overcome.
3. Try on the shoes before you leave today. DON'T THROW ALL THE PAPER AND STUFF ON THE FLOOR. PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX. TAKE IT HOME. THROW IT AWAY THERE. DON'T THROW THE PAPER IN ON THE FLOOR. LOOK INTO MY EYES>>>>>>>
4. If you take someone else's shoes, please expect public ridicule. It's certainly appropriate.
5. Leaders...did you get Colleen your playoff schedule?
6. The March-a-Thon raised $6800. You've reached an important goal by doing this. It's all about attitude/interest/effort...and it means alot that you are helping the booster meet their budget. It does need to be mentioned that 19 students did not turn in money. That's an extra $1000 that the boosters could have used on your behalf. A brief speech here about teamwork and how you are letting others do for you.
7. Uniform Fitting Times:
    >Aug 14 (Thurs) Remaining sophomores and Freshmen alpha through Maddox. Sophomores Lee through Zell begin at 4:00. All others
       arrive at 5:30.
    >Aug 15 (Friday) Remaining freshmen and all those who missed their day.
8. Freshmen...textbooks. If you have master classes at 2:30, go get your textbooks at end of morning practice. Grab your lunch 1st.
9. Freshmen...textbooks. If you have master classes at 1:00, go get your text books at 2:30, when you're done with class.
