1. Skit will be at 8:15 a.m. tomorrow morning. 
2. A few parent shirts will have to be re-rdered. We'll try to have them in by next Friday . Only 2 or 3.
3. Congrats Rock Drums for meeting your fund-raising goals during your 'Drumathon'. 
4. Yard signs are ready for you over there. Please get them gone today.
5. Also parent shirts are in alpha order on the table. Take them. Throw the sticky note in the trash can.

7.About leaders handing out correct shirt sizes...did you?
8. Mason McCoullough, Jake Bieser, and Amanda Kappell need to see Mr. Stein for parent shirts. No size was listed on the Everything Day sheet.
8. Yes, sectionals begin after school today. You'll need your coordinate sheet for part 2. Work ahead on that. Cooler? Glasses? Sunscreen?
6. Don't forget...7:00 a.m. practices begin tomorrow morning.
7. Monday, Oct. 27...Wind Ensemble will play for NHS ceremony. Put it on your calendars.
8. Students...we'll need to update your "Charms" information. Please make sure yours and your parents' email addresses are current. Please also make sure your locker combination is current, band you're in, and serial number of your instruments. We'll do that one at a time during class until we've got everyone accounted for.
9. About being late in the morning. We don't do that either.
10. Let's talk about being tardy/absent from any practice. This info will be available online through "Charms" to both you and your parents. Along with that will be your uniform parts, locker combination, and instrument serial #. You and your parents will be able to access through the password-protected part of "Charms". (Charms, by the way, is a web-based database with all student information. The only people with access to the entire database are the three directors. The band secretary, Colleen, will have access only to the "Attendance" portion; the uniform staff has access only to the "Uniforms" section, and so forth. All email addresses and personal information are accessable ONLY by the band directors)
11. A reminder about painting people's cars with shoe polish...not a good idea, even on windows. If you simply have to do that, get glass paint. While you (mostly girls) think it's cute and clever, the real owners of the cars, who would be parents, don't necessarily think it is.
12. Students...our first game is next week, and we don't have enough concession volunteers to help out. It all kicks off next week for all levels, middle school, JV, varsity. Please mention to your parents that we're still in need of volunteers; info is on the home page.
