Capital City Marching Festival Format
1. Bands compete in size of brass/woodwind classification.  There are a total of 30 bands at the contest, classified as follows:
Class A -  50 or less winds
Class AA - 51-79 winds
Class AAA - 80-109 winds
Class AAAA - 110 or more
2. Bands are placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd within classification.
3. Within classification, the "caption" awards available are:                               
    -1st & 2nd Place Color Guard               
    -1st & 2nd Place Percussion
4. Awards available inclusive of all classes are:                  
    -Best General Effect(GE)
    -Best Musical Performance           
Color Guard - 150 points possible
Visual/Marching - 300 points possible
Percussion - 250 points possible
Music - 300 points possible

12:00    Band Hall opens. Clean Instruments, hang out.
2:00    Rehearsal at  Practice field. No uniform. Wear dinkles/gloves/hats.   
3:30    Concert Arcs, band hall. 
            - Everything packed, loaded, ready to go. 
            - You'll be in uniform pants, shoes, show shirt.
            - Uniform jacket on hanger in uniform bag.
            - Hang uniform bag on window. 
            - Hat box with you when you get on the bus.
3:45    Load buses
4:30    Arrive at Burger Center
            - Unload, get equipment unloaded.
            - When you get off bus, you'll leave jacket/hat/inst on bus
            - We'll grab our sandwiches here.
            - Use restroom.....you just need to be dressed, ready to go, everything with you by......         
6:00     - Concert arcs in front of buses to step through show. Guard/Drumline in separate groups
6:10     - Move to warmup position
6:20     - Official Warmup time begin
6:50     - Move to ready gate
7:00     - Performance
7:15     - Block up in stands for Crockett and LBJ Performances
8:00     - Awards - Class AAAA
8:30     -
Load buses
9:26     - Approx. arrival at RRHS
