  3:00  Band Hall Opens
  3:30  Rehearsal in stadium/practice field
  4:00  Get dressed
  4:45  Inspection in respective areas, then load buses. No cases, no uniform bags.
  5:00  Leave
  5:25  Arrive at the Palace, unload, gather/eat sandwiches/use rest rooms
  6:35  Warmup
  7:05  Move to ready
  7:15  UIL Marching Contest Performance (get to buses ASAP, set stuff down; we'll load later; back in time for Leander's perf, then ratings for
            first 4 bands)
  7:45  Leander performance
  8:00  Ratings for first 4 bands
  8:15  Westwood
  8:30  Cedar Park
  8:45  Vista Ridge
  9:00  Georgetown
  9:15  Ratings Announced
  9:15  We leave
  9:45  Arrive RRHS
 

Note: Parents...this is a contest for a UIL rating, not a contest between bands. There will be no caption awards (marching, music, percussion, guard)Bands will received  Division I, 2, or 3 rating at the contest.
