| Brian Vanderschaaf Receives "Outsdanding Performer" Award |
|
Approximately 21,000 students competed at the UIL Texas State
Solo-Ensemble Competition in May. The event is a two-day
competition, taking place on the campuses of UT and SWTSU. Brian was
notified on June 5th that he was one of only 198 students at the contest
to receive the "Outstanding Performer" honor.
In recognition of the status of this award, Brian was awarded the "draped medallion", which is given to state champions in all UIL events. Congratulations to Brian on this award, and good luck to him at the University of Iowa. |
