Everything Day is held to meet, discuss important information, sign documents, grant permissions, order items and pay various band fees.

  • All documents and permissions are completed at Everything Day using a google form. We will publish that form at the meetings for parents and students. Please read thoroughly and complete the form all the way through to the SUBMIT button

  • There are multiple payments to be made at Everything Day

    • Payments can be made through either check or cash, but not card

      • We will need two separate payments for the Non Taxable and Taxable items, made out to “RRHS Band”

      • We will need one separate payment to the Band Boosters for Contest Day Meals, made out to “RRBB” or payable by card

    • Items purchased or ordered from our Band Boosters - Spirit Wear - are payable to “RRBB” and the Band Boosters are able to accept card payments

    • The RRISD Instrument Usage Fee is payable to “RRISD”

We encourage parents and students to purchase spirit wear from our boosters, as the funds raised will go to support the band program. Many items are available, even some right now!

One item most students purchase through our Band Booster Spirit Wear is a duffel bag. Those bags may be ordered here at Everything Day.

Round Rock ISD Instrument Usage Fee

$50.00 charged to any student who uses a school owned instrument. These are typically oboe, bassoon, bass clarinet, tenor sax, bari sax, marching trumpet, French horn, mellophone, euphonium, marching euphonium, bass trombone, tuba, sousaphone and all percussion.

Volunteer Opportunities

Current Band Boosters are here now to talk through all the different volunteer opportunities for parents. A band as large and as successful as ours cannot function properly without the support and volunteer work of all band program parents.

Here are a few of the various areas where support is needed each year:

  • Concessions

  • Uniforms-fitting, sewing, washing

  • Bingo

  • Pit Crew

  • Props

  • Trucks - driving and loading/unloading

  • Chaperones

  1. Look for the marching ensemble your student is in, either Legacy or Horizon

  2. Find which section your student is in, either Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion or Color Guard

  3. Look for the Non Taxable, Taxable and Band Booster amounts in bold

  4. View the itemized list to know what your family funding is covering

Note - amounts for NEW students are slightly more than RETURNING students because some items, like water jugs, only need to be purchased one time

EXTRAS AND REPLACEMENTS

Students often outgrow, misplace or need extras of multiple items. Parents often want to purchase a show shirt of their own. Many students purchase an extra pair or two of gloves or an extra practice shirt. For whatever item you want or need, you’ll use a paper order form at Everything Day to order anything extra you need.
