Performers Badges
Paper badges for your performers are available for pick-up at the VIP counter at registration. Performers do not need to register via the links below or the website. Your packet will also include badge holders, lanyards, and participation certificates. The paper badges will have the name of your organization as well as “Performer.” They will not have individuals’ names.
Guests/Chaperones
As a K-12 performing ensemble, you are eligible for 1 guest/chaperone badge per every 2 performers. Your guests/chaperones should click on the “Guest/Chaperone” registration link below and use your special discount code on the payment page to redeem their complimentary registration. Once all of your codes have been used, any additional guests/chaperones can register via the link and pay the $30.00 registration fee. You can distribute these registrations at your discretion. Badges can be picked up at the registration center in the McCormick Place Concourse during the conference.
