10.31.25

Hello Dragon Band Students, Parents and Families,

Last Saturday didn’t go as we’d hoped and the weather made finals impossible.  The silver lining is that the season isn’t over and we’ve got two big events ahead of us.

Further - the Area contest was EXTREMELY well organized and run and that is due entirely to the efforts of all of the volunteers from current to alumni parents and especially the area team leads headed up by Shannon Horner and Julie Chang!  Every director I talked with had wonderful things to say about our parents and how the contest was run.  It’s a huge undertaking and our band organization has once again risen to the challenge.  THANK YOU!!!
